The Avenhurst Turnkey Residence is our complete private residential engagement. Clients do not need to be present, or to assemble and manage a professional team from a distance, to end up with the Upstate residence they envisioned.

- Relocation, move-in delivery and settling-in support
Relocation and arrival
Orientation, household transition planning, trusted introductions and move-in delivery are included within the Turnkey Residence, or can be added as an additional scope to another engagement. They are part of finishing a home properly rather than a separate service line.
Fee
A project-based fee established against the approved delivery budget, agreed in writing before work begins and discussed openly at the private consultation.
Licensing
Avenhurst works alongside appropriately licensed South Carolina real-estate, construction, architectural, engineering, legal and tax professionals, who remain responsible for their respective work. Avenhurst's role is advisory and coordinating.
