Information you provide
We collect the information you submit through our consultation, professional introduction and subscription forms—including name, contact details, location, project objectives and any notes you choose to share.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours records limited technical information automatically: IP address, device and browser type, referring source, and pages viewed. This is collected through our hosting and content-delivery infrastructure and through privacy-conscious website analytics. A small number of cookies are set by our hosting and security provider to deliver and protect the site; we do not use advertising cookies or sell this data.
How we use it
Information is used solely to respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether we are the right fit, deliver services you engage us for, understand how the site is used, and—if you opt in—send occasional insights.
How submissions are handled
Form submissions are both stored and emailed. Each submission is written to a private, access-controlled database hosted on our behalf by our cloud infrastructure provider, and a notification containing your submission is emailed to the founders so we can respond promptly. Consultation requests also receive an automated confirmation email from us.
Service providers
We rely on third-party providers for website hosting and content delivery, database storage, website analytics, and transactional email delivery. Each processes information only to provide those services to Avenhurst.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. Details are shared with third-party professionals only where necessary to advance your engagement, and with your knowledge.
Retention and security
Inquiries are stored in a private, access-controlled database and retained only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law. Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are reviewed periodically and deleted on request. We do not currently operate a fixed automatic deletion schedule; if that changes, this policy will be updated.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, or unsubscribe from insights, at any time by writing to inquiries@avenhurst.com.
