Role
Avenhurst LLC provides private residential advisory, coordination, interior design and concierge services. Our role is advisory and coordinating on behalf of the client.
Real estate
Brokerage activities, including representation in the purchase or sale of property, are performed by appropriately licensed South Carolina real-estate professionals under the applicable brokerage relationship. Avenhurst does not perform licensed brokerage activity outside that structure.
Construction and design
Avenhurst is not a general contractor, licensed construction manager, architect or engineer. We do not supervise site work or direct construction means and methods. Those responsibilities remain with the licensed professionals engaged for the project.
Introductions
Professionals and vendors introduced by Avenhurst are recommendations rather than guarantees. Each is engaged directly by the client under their own agreement.
Other advice
Avenhurst does not provide legal, tax, insurance or investment advice. Clients should retain their own qualified advisers for those matters.
